Welcome to Wonder. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Wonder platform, website, and services (“Wonder”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing or using Wonder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.


1. Purpose of Wonder

Wonder is a learning companion for schools. Its purpose is to help students, teachers, and parents understand how learning is happening and where it may be breaking, using academic interactions.

Wonder is not:

  • an exam or test platform
  • a career assessment or prediction tool
  • a ranking or comparison system
  • a replacement for teachers or schools

Wonder exists to support understanding, not to make decisions on behalf of users.


2. Who May Use Wonder

Wonder is intended to be used by:

  • Schools and educational institutions
  • Teachers and school administrators
  • Students enrolled in participating schools
  • Parents or guardians (where access is enabled by the school)

Students access Wonder only through their school. Wonder does not offer independent student accounts without institutional oversight.


3. User Responsibilities

Schools & Teachers agree to:

  • Use Wonder as a support tool, not as the sole basis for academic decisions
  • Interpret insights responsibly and contextually
  • Avoid labeling, ranking, or penalizing students based on Wonder data
  • Ensure parental consent where required by law

Parents agree to:

  • Use insights for understanding and support, not pressure or comparison
  • Respect that Wonder does not define a child’s ability or future

Students agree to:

  • Use Wonder honestly and respectfully
  • Understand that Wonder is a learning support system, not an evaluation of worth or intelligence

4. Nature of Insights & Limitations

Wonder provides learning insights, not conclusions.

  • Insights reflect patterns observed in interactions, not fixed truths
  • They are probabilistic, not definitive
  • They must be interpreted by teachers and adults with judgment and care

Wonder does not guarantee:

  • improvement in marks
  • academic success
  • learning speed
  • career outcomes

Learning remains a human process.


5. Data & Privacy

Use of Wonder is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains:

  • what data is collected
  • how it is used
  • how it is protected

By using Wonder, you agree to data handling practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Student data is owned by the school and subject to applicable laws and agreements.


6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and materials on Wonder are the property of Wonder or its licensors.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, or redistribute content without permission
  • reverse engineer or misuse the platform
  • use Wonder branding without authorization

Schools may use Wonder materials only for internal educational purposes.


7. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • misuse insights to shame, label, or compare students
  • attempt to manipulate the system
  • upload harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
  • use Wonder for non-educational or commercial purposes without permission

We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is detected.


8. Availability & Changes

Wonder is a developing platform.

  • Features may change as we learn from use
  • Temporary downtime may occur
  • We may update these Terms as the platform evolves

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.


9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • these Terms are violated
  • misuse harms students or schools
  • required by law or institutional request

Schools may request account termination or data deletion in accordance with agreements and law.


10. Limitation of Liability

Wonder is provided “as is”.

We are not liable for:

  • academic decisions made solely based on Wonder
  • outcomes beyond reasonable use
  • indirect or consequential damages

Use of Wonder requires human judgment at all times.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
